Posted on September 28th, 2009 No comments
SEIKIMA-II (聖飢魔II, Seikimatsu) is a popular Japanese heavy metal band formed by Damian Hamada in 1982. They disbanded on December 31, 1999.
SEIKIMA-II (seikimatsu) translates to “End of the Century”. According to the mythology created by the band to promote their music, the band members are a group of demons preaching a religion in order to propagate Satan through the use of Heavy Metal. Each member is a demon of a different hierarchical class with His Excellency Demon Kogure being leader of demons and His Majesty Damian Hamada being crown prince of hell. In accordance to the prophecy and after completing the world conquest, the band would disband at the end of the century on December 31, 1999 at 23:59:59.
The band is currently planning a world tour for 2010, covering Asia, North America and Europe.
Rumor has that the band will even appear on summer rock festivals.The band members include:
* Demon Kogure on vocals
* Ace Shimizu on guitar
* Sgt.Luke Takamura III on guitar
* Xenon Ishikawa on bass
* Raiden Yuzawa on drums

Muse – United States Of Eurasia (2009) Single Mp3
Posted on September 20th, 2009 No comments“United States of Eurasia” was the first song title to be confirmed as on The Resistance, after fans worked it out from a photograph of its sheet music uploaded on the band’s Twitter profile. On 3 July 2009, the album’s track listing was revealed, with “United States…” positioned fourth between “Undisclosed Desires” and “Guiding Light”.
In a pre-release interview featured in the August edition of music magazine Mojo, vocalist and guitarist Matthew Bellamy reveals the song to be inspired by “a book called The Grand Chessboard by Zbigniew Brzezinski,” explaining that “Brzezinski has the viewpoint that the Eurasian landmass, ie Europe, Asia and the Middle East, needs to be controlled by America to secure the oil supply.” Bellamy goes on to suggest that the song is also influenced by George Orwell’s novel Nineteen Eighty-Four.

However, many older fans complained about the lack of exclusive or rare material on it. Another complaint of many was that the album lacked material from the first two Iron Maiden albums, Iron Maiden and Killers which featured Paul Di’Anno on vocals.
In 2005, a revised edition was released in Europe, Asia and South-America, with a slightly different tracklist. This “updated” version was to coincide with the release of The Essential Iron Maiden compilation that was released in North America. The revised edition features some songs from the Dance of Death album, and a different live version of “Fear of the Dark”. The new version also adds the song “Brave New World” from the album of the same name. The booklet includes a new foreword by Iron Maiden manager Rod Smallwood, whereas the original version has a foreword by founding member Steve Harris. The album cover does not differentiate between the two other than the tracklisting – some shops still sell old stock of the original. In some cases, record distributors accidentally released the revised 2005 version CD with the old track list still on the album sleeve, although this mistake has since been corrected.
